Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM CST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or carrier delays).

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (after processing)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (after processing)
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (after processing)

Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Free shipping may be available on certain promotions or for orders over a specific amount—check for eligibility at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but please note that delivery times may be longer than usual due to postal service limitations.

International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses at this time. Please check back in the future for possible updates.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.
